[Opinions] Oval and Candle
WDYT of these names for girls?

I always loved Candle as a anme :)
not a fan
I agree with jeziana about Candle - the similarity to Kendall (and to Chandler) makes it seem namier. Besides, the concept conjures images of churches and celebrations, which is also vaguely namey. I personally don't like it, but I could call someone Candle without flinching... unlike Campbell, or even Chandler itself.
Oval, on the other hand, is pretty awful IMO. It means "egg-shaped." That's it... egg-shaped. Not namey, except by resemblance to Opal (which I don't think has a namey sound anyway), and certainly not a namey concept. It makes me think of furniture and optical-scan test sheets, and ovaries, oddly. And I agree with Lizzie about the 'what if she's overweight' question.

That was pretty much my train of thought.
Why not Quadrilateral and Lightbulb?
Asymptote has always been a guilty pleasure of mine.
Ditto,
LOL!
Um, no
If Oval turned out to be overweight, the name would be rather unfortunate.
Candle is just too random. It's like calling your baby girl Monitor or Doorstep or Bag.

Oval is ok but Candle is horrible.
I like the idea of Candle, but I don't know if I could handle it in reality. With its similarity to Kendall, I think it would be alright though. Oval is cute, but not something I would use.
