I like it. Though the pronounciation is counterintuitve to me, as it sort of looks like it should be pronounced like Alicia. (Which I know it shouldn't, but someone with this name stands at risk of being called Alicia.)

Alicia is pronounced AH-LEE-SHA or AH-LEE-CEE-UH, not EE-LYE-SHA. well at least when I say it.
