We told Jesse the first time he asked why my "belly was soo big". We explained that he was going to have not one, but two baby sisters. He seemed a little confused, but when the girls arrived he loved them instantly. We named them Niamh Jade, which are Niall's initials, and Ciara Alannah, which are my initials backwards, plus Alannah honors me. Jesse adores his little sisters and is a great big brother.
