Congrats Rodgers family for your new family member:Decca-Leigh Toyya is a fourteen year old from the US. She was brought up in an orphanage of sorts, but was never well cared for. She is currently 3 months pregnant. Decca-Leigh is a very smart and nice girl who you'd never expect to get pregnant, but she is. She will need a little help with the baby when it arrives.Keep us posted on how Decca-Leigh is doing!

Decca-Leigh has settled in wonderfully! She's decorated her room in green and blue - her favorite colors, and is making good grades at school. We've been taking her to a counselor to help her decide what to do about the baby. She's considering adoption, but as long as she can pick out the birth family. We'll support her no matter what she decides. She's such a mature little lady.Magdalen adores having a sister - the two of them are becoming quite inseperable! Aeneas was a little hesitant at first, but once he found out that Decca-Leigh loves soccer they've been bonding. We just want to thank you so much for bringing Decca-Leigh into our lives!

Tola Chantrea is three years old and from Cambodia. She was born very premature, and her mother died shortly after giving birth. Tola is a little small for her age, but otherwise she hasn't suffered from being a preemie. Tola is a very sweet little girl who can play for hours with her dolls.Let us know how Tola is adapting to your family!

Nikolai, or Nikky as we call him, is doing really well. The kids love him and Hamish is so happy to finally have a brother.
Nikky has just started school and is loving it. His English is still not the best so we have hired an English tutor to help.
This weekend we are taking him to his first ever football game. He is very excited to play.

Congratulations Greywood family!Marni Zisel Ann is a thirteen year old girl from the US. Marni was raised with her Jewish grandmother who recently died. Marni is not very religious, but she wishes to remain Jewish. While Marni is an open and talkactive person when around adults, Marni doesn't interact well with other children because she was homeschooled. She likes to swim and loves animals. Please tell us how Marni is doing!
OT: I love your "Note To Self" in you signature!

OT: That note to self was entirely necessary, I assure you. I am constantly forgetting about my congrats game, which I run myself, so I forget about the ones I'm in even more often!Marni is a delightful girl. She gets along very well with Daniel and me, and is beginning to open up more with Annika, but she continues to be withdrawn from Nathan and Cat. She loves the cats, especially Data (the most friendly of the four), but is nervous around Anificus and the dogs.

Dear Darling Family,Jean-Marie Chiumbo is a 6 month old boy from Côte d'Ivoire. His mother died about a week after he was born. He's definitely not a quiet baby, but he's still easy to take care of. He is very healthy and has the cutest hair. Please let us know how Jean-Marie is adapting, and what it's like to have a 9 month old and a 6 month old at the same time!
vote up1
Thank you so much for bringing Jean-Marie into our lives - as soon as we saw him we knew he was meant to be with us. Yeshe and Maia welcomed him with open arms and love having a little brother to play with. Gia viewed him as an imposter at first, during the first few weeks she would cry murder if i picked him up :) She's started to accept him now though. For the first few weeks i was run ragged trying to cater to the demands of this new little person as well as the most demanding 9-month old ever (!) but eventually i learnt how to cope and now everything is going swimmingly. We are considering changing Jean-Marie's first name to something else - purely for reasons of ease - much as we like Jean-Marie we have had quite a lot of people pronouncing it 'JEEN' which is a bit annoying. We will keep Jean-Marie Chiumbo as middle names though. Anyway - whatever his name is - we love our baby dearly and are so grateful to you for bringing him to us :)

Congrats Marie, Liam, Maya, Amabel and Silas, here is your new family member:Imeda Grigol just turned 1 and is from Georgia. His mother was raped and did not want to have to take care of a baby. Imeda is a quiet and sweet baby most of the time, but sometimes he refuses to go to sleep. He can already walk and will follow you everywhere. Please tell us how Imeda and your children are getting along!

Thank you so much for giving us our wonderful son. We decided to change his name to Boaz Imeda, which we think fits him very well!Boaz is 2 years old now and loves his new home! He loves to play with our dog Koeti and play on the swingset in the back yard. Boaz and Silas hit it off right away! They love each other so much and get along great. We are so happy they have each other! Maya and Amabel also love having a new little brother. All three of them are very protective of Boaz. Thank you again!
