Wow, what a hugely eventful few years we have had.
Michelle and Isaac married when Michelle turned 18 and now have a wonderful little boy, Kai. They told us by giving us a grandma and grandpa Christmas ornament on Christmas day. We are completely besotted by him. We take care of him once a month so his mum and dad can go out alone. They are already talking about having another child. They recently bought their first home and are moving in this weekend.
William has been dating a nice girl, Sierra, for 2 years now. He is now working fulltime as an electrician and it is great having him in the family, he has saved us a lot of money. I do worry about him though, Sierra does not want children but William does. I guess we will just have to wait and see what happens.
After a year Amanda finally introduced us to her girlfriend, Tamara. Even after 5 years of knowing, Corbin still doesn't take it well. He has banished her from the house but I see her and Tamara once a week for coffee at their house.
Zhen got her wish and travelled to China on a student exchange program. This is where she met Quy, also an exchange student. He seems like a good kid and is here every day with her.
Christopher, my dear Christopher, got himself into a lot of trouble. He got involved with drugs and gangs. He is currently in a rehab facility trying to get better. He thinks we will just give up on him but I know he is a good kid and I know he will come good in the end. He is also dating a girl named Hailey and she has been wonderful for him. It was Hailey that convinced him to go to rehab.
Daniel is still heavily involved with his soccer.
Aaron no longer wants to be a vet, he now wants to be a fireman. Last year it was a policeman, and the year before that it was an actor so I guess we will wait till he is older and figures it out.
I have left our biggest news till last. 6 months ago I found out I was 7 weeks pregnant and yesterday we welcomed Natalie Louise. She is absolutely beautiful. She was a huge shock to us and the other kids. All the kids took the news pretty well. Aaron was the only one concerned because he would no longer be the baby. Natalie was born premmie but is otherwise doing well.
