It's just... too short and nicknamey. I'd rather see a Delilah nn Lila. Or a Lola or a Leia, etc, for some reason Lila just doesn't stand well on it's own to me.
Lila Rose - I like Rose but this combo is too short and makes me think too much of flowers.
Lila Topaz - nms but better.
Lila, Topaz and Esme might make a nice sibset.
