It's certainly been a busy 2 years for our family!
Patrick and Jacinta have been doing very well. They've taken a break from having kids for a while, discovering that having an 8 year old, a 5 year old, and a 2 year old is no easy feat! Ellie is in third grade now, Patrick is starting kindergarten, and Ellie is still home, but also doing very well and looking forward to preschool next year.
Evan and Leah are also doing extremely well. They've welcomed a new baby boy into their family named Andrew Edward to join their first two children Evan Dominic and Katie Grace. Evan is 5 now and starting kindergarten and he absolutely loves it from what we hear! Katie is 2 now and she loves playing with her brothers and her numerous cousins. Drew is absolutely adorable with bright green eyes like his mom's, but Evan's face. We love our new grandson to death.
Annie and Sean are also doing very good. Matthew and Bobby are 2 now and couldn't be more excited at the fact that there's a new baby sister in their family. Annie and Sean had their third child, their first girl, a few weeks ago and named her Jerica Emilie. She has her mother's face, but definitely Sean's eyes and smile. We love our new granddaughter so much.
Lily and Nathan have also welcomed a new little one into the family. This time it's a boy named Zachary Christian (keeping the tradition of a C middle name) but we call him Zac. He joins his older twin sisters Abby and Bree. He looks like both his parents equally with blue eyes and a full head of dark blonde-light brown hair. Welcome to the world, Zachary Christian Brooks!
Sander, Gia, and the triplets are doing fantastic. Sander and Gia are waiting to have any more kids for a while because 3 triplets in their terrible two's is no easy thing to live through - for anyone - and trust Mike and I when we say we know. Sander, Annie, and Lily were just as rambunctious when they were two years old. Anyway, Julia, Jeffrey, and Jon love playing together and with their 13 cousins. They can't wait to have a new baby in the family in a few years.
Nick and Vera are doing spectacular. They got married over the summer and had their first child - a son. They named him Wyatt Daniel - Wyatt after Vera's father, and Daniel after Nick's middle name. He looks like Nick without a doubt. He has bright blue eyes and dark brown hair. We love our new grandson, Wyatt so much.
Rachel is 17 now and a junior in high school. Lately she's been working on getting her driver's license and applying for college. She has a new boyfriend named John Podolsky. He's a really nice kid - president of the junior class and part of almost every club or organization. Rachel loves playing with her 16 nieces and nephews and has been a big help to her brothers and sisters.
Sarah is also 17 and a junior in high school. She got her license before Rachel and is probably going to attend Notre Dame University in Indiana. She has a new boyfriend named Kyle Baringer. He's 19 and almost graduated from high school. Sarah loves playing with her nieces and nephews, as well as her younger brother, Vinnie. Overall, Sarah is also doing very well.
Vinnie is still the youngest Goldthwait kid. At seven years old he's already an uncle to 16 nieces and nephews. He is a big help though with all the babies. He's in second grade now and couldn't be doing better. He's not shy at all and has lots of friends and has been doing extremely well on his schoolwork.
Overall, our family is doing absolutely spectacular and we can't wait to see what the future holds for us!
