Sorry, but this is the kind of name that feels totally unusable. I can't help but imagining daily-life situations like a teacher shouting: "Silence, will you keep quiet please!" or a sibling complaining: "Silence won't shut up for a second!" Plus, as it has already been pointed out, it feels like implying the child in question should be quiet, discreet and not speak her mind.
