Bizarre and oblique reference, I fully realize, but that's what I hear in my head when I look at Nitza.

I like it and the meaning is nice.

A bunch of things come to mind. Nits (also known as lice), Zits (also known as pimples), and Ditz.

I think it's harsh and reminiscent of a number of uninspiring words.
