Lucy is beautiful. My opinion on the commonality of Lucy is: It's more popular than some, less popular than most. It's cute and simple, plus I love the sound of it. To keep Lucy from sounding too bland, a great middle name is needed to add a bit of pizazz.

You know, to me it seems popular but not common. Meaning it's talked about a lot but I haven't met more than 1 under 20! Weird but the name needs to be put into action!
