Not Lily, I'm getting so bored of hearing it. Every D-list celebrity in Britain seems to have a child named Lily and I find it very cutesy.
I *love* Lilian but I really dislike the second L. Two L's is quite enough; three looks messy.
ETA: I rather like Lilia. Also, my exception to the three-L thing is that I do love Lillie. Not Lilly, though - go figure.
