She can be Catalina Toledo Muñoz Hernández, I mean, Toledo can be her mother's surname, can't it? Well, here in Brazil, it's normal to have your mother's surnames, maybe it con be normal in Spanish coutries, too.

Yes, maybe her mother's maiden name is her middle name. That's praticed somewhat in America, as well. I rather like that form of honoring.
So, I'm hoping that's the case - that the newspaper made a typo.
