Ever have a moment where you happen upon a name you've heard a thousand times before, and it just strikes you? I'm having a moment with Naomi.

It's never made an impression; it's always been one of those names I like for someone else, but it never really did anything for me. I was just scrolling through some names, and it hit me. It's such a pretty name; it's kind of soft, but it doesn't seem delicate, either.

I think I'd prefer it as a MN, but I'm open to suggestions with it as a FN or a MN.

I really like Naomi. It isn't a name I could see myself using but I find it very appealing and I like it for someone else (for all the reasons you listed- pretty, soft yet it has a certain strength to it too)

I like it, it's on my PNL. My favourite combo is Naomi Kate, although I'd never use it due to the 2 supermodel names!

Naomi has really grown on me (and my dh) just in the last week or so. We really like Naomi Charlotte, but I'd think many mns would work well.

My younger sister has long be a fan of Naomi Simone.

I think it's a lovely Biblical name, that is lesser used than Hannah, Rachel or Sarah.

I like Naomi. It has struck me lately because one of my favorite authors is Naomi Novik. I don't have any nineties television associations. It's all good. :)
