I think it's weird to use the nme of a goddess (Echo), on a boy, and I also think it's weird to use Paisley on a boy.
I'm not fond of any of the names. I can't really understand why someone would want to use Prairie, but it's not awful. Someone I posted with for quite a while named her daughter Prairie Lorien. Wednesday is okay, I just think of "woe" from the nursery rhyme.
