Hmmm. Posy? Well, it's a clever nn for Josephine. A for effort. But I wouldn't want to be called Posy, so I'm hesitant to give it the thumbs up.
How about Seffie? Or Effie?
I saw somewhere where a couple used Sophie as a nn for Josephine because all of the letters in Sophie are contained within Josephine. Just a thought.
