[Opinions] Christmas + Random BA's
I've always loved Christmas as a given name, WDYT of it? I know Noelle means Christmas as well. I like both to be honest but I adore Christmas better (IMO they mean the exact same so why not use Christmas) and I can totally picture me with a daugther named Christmas better in English then Noelle (I know a snotty girl named Noelle), any MN suggestions?I thought of Christmas Joy for a girl (suprisingly my dad said he liked Christmas as a name he usually hates my names). Yes I know cheesy, but I like it. Any other MN suggestions?Random BA's

I don't like word names that much, but really don't like Christmas as a name. Blatant religious names seem kind of presumptious to me, what if the child isn't religious once he/she grows up?From BAs I like:Logan - boy
James - boy
Violet - g

Noel (Noël) means Xmas, in fact. And Noelle / Noëlle is a female form.

That's a tough one. I think that if you use it the mn should be completely non-pickonable (is there a real word that means this?)and should not make Christmas more ridiculous.Christmas Lily (not quite fitting the criteria, but pretty!)
Christmas Calliope
Christmas Seraphine (breaking my own rules yet again)
Christmas Melanie
Christmas Celine
Christmas Shoshanna
Christmas Farrah
Christmas Rhiannon

Sorry, but I find Christmas really tacky, especially on a girl. Noelle is more subtle and has a wider history of use, other Christmas-theme names that aren't bad are Natalie and, a bit of a stretch, Christine.

Christmas is cute but I wouldn't use it a name imo. I like Noelle. Noelle Joy would be so cute. Natalia Joy would be so pretty as well. Natalia means Christmas Day.

I really don't think Christmas makes a very good name, for either sex. It's about as subtle as a big inflatable lit-up Santa int eh front yard. And Christmas Joy sounds like a Hummel figurine. All I can say about Amethyst Jade is: too much bling.
