Rosalind is lovely and Rosa or Rosie would make a cute nn.
Rowena is horrible imo, sorry. I hate the way it sounds.
Roxanna (this spelling) is nice and the nn Roxy/Roxie is cute.
I'd probably go with Rosalind "Rosie" though.
