[Opinions] Abiram
What are your thoughts on Abiram (a-BIE-ram)? It's a recent discovery of mine. I've loved Abram for years and have always thought Abraham "Bram" was cool, and I think Abiram could fit right in. :-) I don't know what I'd call him though. Perhaps Bram, perhaps Abe, perhaps Abiram.
First or middle name suggestions are welcome. Jude Abiram came to mind, if you'd like to comment on that as well.
Thanks so much!

Abiram seems like a great candidate for an "obscure Biblical revival" to me.
Another male Biblical name which I am running across quite a lot in my recent research in the 1850 census of Alabama is Amaziah.

I can definitely see
Abiram making a splash on the name charts in the near future, but Amaziah? Eh, reminds me an awful lot of Amazon for some reason, and doesn't strike me as being quite as appealing as Abiram. However, I've been surprised in the past as to what names suddenly become popular, and Amaziah may indeed show up in a BA near me. ;o)
