William's father recently passed away and his mother has been taking it especially hard. He and his brothers decided that someone needed to be closer to her to take care of her and since he writes from home it was easiest for our family to move back to South Carolina. The kids are excited about spending more time with Nana and going to the beach.

You discover that one of the children have a medical condition. How did you find out. Who?
Nerie and Rafe are both doing great at school. Their grades are decent and they both have a lot of friends. Jazzy isn't doing so well. She's just in kindergarten, but it has been really bad from the start. She has trouble making friends and usually doesn't want to do what the teacher wants her to do. We hope she'll do better when she gets a bit older.
We welcomed twins Calla and Thora recently. Their birth had been really complicated because during the check up, the doctor found out that one of the babies had her intestants on the outside instead of inside her tummy. This made it impossible to give birth normally and a C-section had to be done. I hated that, but since it was best for my child I accepted the way it was. Thora was born without any problems and we could take her home pretty quickly, but Calla had to stay in the hospital to try and get her insides on the inside where they should be. She got an infection as well and for a while we had to take into account that she might not make it. Luckily Calla proved to be a fighter. She survived and we were really happy the day we could take her home. She still has some trouble eating, because it makes her tummy hurt, but we're really happy that we have all our children under one roof and that there is no longer a life-threatening situation.

We moved from Baltimore, Maryland to Boston, Massachusetts six months ago. James's company transferred him to their New England branch, and off we went. We are all thriving. The children miss their friends, but Baltimore isn't that far away and we can go back every now and then for a visit. There's also the Internet to communicate. I miss having my parents nearby, but my best friend in the world lives very near to Boston so it's all good. The kids are doing great at their new school and so am I. I'm an elementary and middle school teacher and I could find a spot as a 7th grade English teacher pretty easily. I really like my class.

Wow! 5 girls! The Millars are beginning to turn into the next Pride and Prejudice :)
Gracie had had her heart set on a cat for Christmas, but as much as Anthony and Jenna knew she deserved it, they could not get her one (Robin had a severe allergy to cats). Luckily, Gracie was easily swayed when the family explained the problem but offered a "mystery pet" instead. Naturally, she was intrigued (as long as they promised not to get her a mouse :). She was thrilled to find a vibrantly colored budgie waiting for her Christmas morning. Gracie named him Buddy, but proceeded to refer to him as "Buddy Millar." It was very cute :)

When JM found out that Saber auditioned their family in a reality show and they got in, he was extremely angry. Mostly because she hadn't talked it over with him from the beginning. So, he was totally against the whole thing and told Saber to apologize to the reality show and tell them that they had changed their minds about the whole thing. Saber was extremely embarrassed but felt that JM was probably right, considering that they had two newborn boys to take care of.
Shaw is in 2nd grade now. He is the class clown, and brings many notes back from the teacher on his behavior. His favorite class is recess, lol, and his least favorite class is math.
Thor has just started kindergarten. He is a very bright boy with a lot of imagination. He excels at all of his classwork, so much so that his parents and teachers are considering letting him skip 1st grade.
Cosmo is a bundle of two-year-old energy. He has been a daddy's boy from the very beginning and is never happy unless he can see his daddy. This causes much trouble when daddy goes off to work each morning.
Jules and Zarek are both very content babies. They have adjusted to the level of noise in the Minski household very easily.

Viola is now five and just starting school. She was very excited on her first day, especially because she and Mommy had just gone shopping for some new clothes and she wanted to show off her new wardrobe. She is very outgoing and already has many friends.
Juliet is three and is definitely a girly-girl. She adores her big sister and wants to be just like her. She cried all day when Viola went off to school for the first time, but at the end of the day, she decided she liked hanging out home for the time being.
Lola is going through the Terrible Twos. Having been the baby for a while, she was definitely a little spoiled. Right now, she's a bit jealous of her newborn sister Isabelle, but she's slowly coming around to the idea of not being the youngest anymore.
Also, Flynn's six-year-old nephew Jamison has come to live with us, after his parents (Flynn's brother and sister-in-law) were killed in a car crash. It's been a tough transition for him, but he's slowly taking on the "big brother" role to our four girls.

Viola is now five and just starting school. She was very excited on her first day, especially because she and Mommy had just gone shopping for some new clothes and she wanted to show off her new wardrobe. She is very outgoing and already has many friends.

Ava has decided that she wants a pet dog for christmas. Will you get her one? If so, add him/her to the family.
We brought in a dog for a week to try it saying that we were babysitting it to the kids. Really, we are testing the idea of a dog out. I was not too sure we could take care of him so far espicially since he was so young because I was pregnant with twin girls and had three more children under 8. When we brought home the dog, Brendan got watery eyes and keep sneezing. Sure enough, he was allgeric to dogs. So we ended not getting a dog for that reason and it turned out hard to keep care of everything.
Ava is great although a little sad about not having a dog although it has been a year. But, she understands that her brother was algeric to the dog we "babysat". Ava is in second grade and is starting to be advanced for her grade. Brendan is such a loud boy! He sure does keep a busy! Alex is a tad bit of a lazy boy. He sleeps wherever we lay him done, but I suppose that is good for a 3 year old! Lately, William and I had our fourth and fifth children, twin girls named Victoria Rose and Abigail Lily. The babies are just learning how to smile and that always warms our heart!

Jack's brother came to live with us for a while when his wife kicked him out for cheating. He was living with us for about 2 months, until I decided that it was really time for him to leave. I started to understand why his wife kicked him out. His days seemed to be as followed; drinking beer, watching hockey, eating and swearing. With 3 young kids in our house and 2 on the way, I decided it really wasn't a good thing. I'm glad Jack noticed too and this didn't cause a fight. His brother moved back in with his wife, I assume.

Ackley started school last Tuesday. He loves it so much. We didn't expect him to like like school given how clingy a child he is. Most mornings he is up and ready for school before we are and he will hurry us up to go. I'm glad he loves school and I just hope it lasts.
