Help[Games] Tai Angel's Writing Congrats Round 1.
Welcome to Round 1 of my congrats. I am not sure how many rounds I will do yet, we will just see how we go.
It will be writing congrats so if you sign up you must write.
I love the idea of random events so I will be including these into this game. Some of them will not be very nice so I hope I won’t offend anyone. If an event does offend you please let me know and I will give you another.

Lorna & Angus have a daughter, Roslin Michelle "Ros", who is 10 months old. They visited France on their honeymoon and made friends with a lovely French couple who had a 2-year-old daughter called Aurelie Manon. The couples kept in touch over the past feww years, with many visits to each other's houses. Unfortunately the French couple died in a terrible house fire, and Angus and Lorna were asked to take over responsibility for their daughter. Gus & Lorna accepted of course!

Desmond and Evelyn won a posh Bentley in a charity auction for UNICEF. They really enjoyed the auction which was one of many activities at a gala masquerade party thrown by their fathers' businesses to celebrate a successful merger. They also enjoyed wearing elaborate costumes for the evening, with Evelyn dressed as Marie Antoinette and Desmond as King Louis XIV.

A couple months after Roz was born, Arthur asked me for a divorce. I was shocked. I simple walked away as if I never heard him say anything. The next morning things got worst. He asked again and again, and said "are we just going to pretend that things are okay between us?" I told I didn't know what was wrong. He got mad and left for that day. I was very cofused.
The next day he came by and told me that he really wanted a divorce. I asked him why, and he grew very mad. He yell at me and the know I was seeing someone else and that Roz was not his baby! I was shock. I told him to leave and not to come back. And he didn't come back.
The bad thing is that I was true to Arthur. I found out that it was him who was seeing someone else. A 20 year old neighbor of ours. We got a divorce and I did not want Arthur to see Roz. I knew that she needed to have a dad, but if Arthur didn't think that he was the father, I didn't want him to see her. I got full cusodity of her for now, but when she turns 1 and 1/2, he will be able to she her if he wants.
I don't know what to do now. I am just glad that Arthur is gone.

Chad and Eva were thrilled to find they were expecting their first child. They opted not to find out the gender of their baby, wanting it to a surprise. And so, when little Lacie Marie, came into the world on November 30th, weighing 6 pounds, 4 ounces, she was the pride and joy of her parents' lives. Immediately, she had Daddy wrapped around her little finger, and of course, Mommy was thrilled to have a little girl. Being the first grandchild on both sides of the family, she is quite the spoiled little princess, but at the insistence of her parents, not to any extreme. :-)
Shortly after Lacie was born, Chad and Eva won a $50,000 lottery. Having recently purchased an older home they planned to renovate nearby Studio City, they decided to spend a portion of the money on their remodeling projects. The rest was put into a bank account as an investment for Lacie's college tuition.

After a night with her friends in the city, Casey was making her way to her car a few blocks away. It was the very early morning hours (3 a.m.), and she was attacked by a stranger and raped. At first she was ashamed that she couldn't protect herself against this attack; she didn't want to tell Chad and seem weak in his eyes. When she found out that she was pregnant, she knew she had to.
Chad was angry that she hadn't told him immediately after it had happened. He also told her that he didn't want her to keep the baby, that it would always remind him that someone violated his wife. He said that he wanted to be there to support Casey, but raising a child that came from a rape was something that he couldn't do.
Casey knew that she couldn't have an abortion. After a few nights of silence between Chad and Casey, they had a very serious discussion. Casey told Chad that she couldn't punish this baby because of a decision that it's father made. Chad softened to Casey's logic, and he told her that if this was her decision, that he would support her in it.

Colin and I had been trying to have a child since we got married. When it looked like we weren't going to be able to, we put our name on the list to adopt... however, we got pregnant! About a week before Lia was born, we got a call that said we could a dopt a two year old boy. WE knew Lia was a girl, and Colin always wanted his daughter to ahve an older brother, so we said yes! Lia was born 1.5 weeks later, and Brett moved in shortly after. It works out great, as Blaine has a two year old daughter, and Jill just had a baby boy! Colin and I had been trying to have a child since we got married. When it looked like we weren't going to be able to, we put our name on the list to adopt... however, we got pregnant! Arthur and I had been omn the list to adopt for 2 years when someone from the agency stopped by and informed us they may have found us 3 children to come and live with us. A teenage girl was pregnant and planned to give her children us for adoption. We met the girl (at her request) and she decided that she trusted us to take care of her children.
Four months later we brought home 3 beautiful baby girls. They're so small and really cute! They are identical and we've put a coloured dot on their hands to tell them apart. (Our initial plan had been to dress them in diferrent colours, but that proved to be tricky around bathing time, and we didn't want to risk making a mistake) All 3 are doing remarkably well.
One of Athur's best friends (Samantha) got into a car accident when she was on here way over here. At first it seemed like she was going to be fine and she had sustained no serious injuries, but it appeared later that her liver was torn. They had missed that at the hospital and she died in her mother's car when she drove her daughter back home. Arthur was really concerned about her 3 children and wanted for them to come and live with us. I told him that I felt there was no way we could ever give those 3 children the attention they need while taking care of our own girls. I also didn't want our girls to suffer any loss of care because of this, but I didn't tell him that. Arthur understood that it was just not doable for us to take those kids in and we spoke with Sam's mother about who would look after them. Her mother said she would like to take all of them in to take care of them, but since she was just a single woman, it would get problematic for her. Sam's sister (mother of 4 herself) also said that she wanted to take care of them, but that she wouldn't be able to handle being a mother of 7.

Arthur and I had been omn the list to adopt for 2 years when someone from the agency stopped by and informed us they may have found us 3 children to come and live with us. A teenage girl was pregnant and planned to give her children us for adoption. We met the girl (at her request) and she decided that she trusted us to take care of her children.
Four months later we brought home 3 beautiful baby girls. They're so small and really cute! They are identical and we've put a coloured dot on their hands to tell them apart. (Our initial plan had been to dress them in diferrent colours, but that proved to be tricky around bathing time, and we didn't want to risk making a mistake) All 3 are doing remarkably well.
One of Athur's best friends (Samantha) got into a car accident when she was on here way over here. At first it seemed like she was going to be fine and she had sustained no serious injuries, but it appeared later that her liver was torn. They had missed that at the hospital and she died in her mother's car when she drove her daughter back home. Arthur was really concerned about her 3 children and wanted for them to come and live with us. I told him that I felt there was no way we could ever give those 3 children the attention they need while taking care of our own girls. I also didn't want our girls to suffer any loss of care because of this, but I didn't tell him that. Arthur understood that it was just not doable for us to take those kids in and we spoke with Sam's mother about who would look after them. Her mother said she would like to take all of them in to take care of them, but since she was just a single woman, it would get problematic for her. Sam's sister (mother of 4 herself) also said that she wanted to take care of them, but that she wouldn't be able to handle being a mother of 7.

Pixie is devastated and can't understand why Angus wants a divorce. She repeatedly asks why but Angus can't or won't tell her the reason. They have had some problems in their relationship since their son Dartagnan was born.
