Hello again! Welcome to round three of Darkest Congrats. I would like to extend a special thanks this round to Caroline Mae, Avalon, Array, and Rachel (Serel Channah), who are joining this round. As for Starshelle - PM me as soon as possible, please. You'll be dropped next round.
As always, you each need to write at least a paragraph about your family. Write about the adoption/birth of the new child, appliance failure, a new job, whatever. Just write, write, write! :)

For this round, I need you each to put your couple's jobs/affiliation beside their names, even if it's SAHM (Stay At Home Mom). This is important for my mental state, which should be very important to those of you who don't want a dancing purple and orange rhino as a daughter-in-law. Try me.

When Con was 2 years old I started talking to Ruslan again about going back to work. He reacted like before. He said that I simply couldn't go back to work, because our kids needed their mother at home. He has taken on a second job as a bar tender in the weekends, so he has no time to look after the kids and we had enough money to get by. I really miss teaching, and when I told him that he said I could homeschool our kids if I wanted to teach so badly. I was so angry at him for not understanding me. I told him it wasn't the same and that I regretted ever having children together with him. He told that that was my problem and walked away.
I went to a friends house leaving the kids with him. I stayed there for 2 nights without letting Ruslan or the kids know where I was. Two days later he stood on the doorstep there and when my friend opened he told him he had heard I was there and insisted on talking to me. In the end I agreed to talk to him and we ended up having a huge argument in my friend's house. I did end up going home with Ruslan. When we were in our bed that night we made up.
Nine months after that night Jay was born. I wasn't too happy with his arrival, because I knew that this meant that my dream of goign back to teaching was further away than ever.
A year later I found a baby wrapped up in a blanket on our doorstep. A note said that it was Ruslan's baby. When I confronted Ruslan with the baby he said that he couldn't be his. I first believed him, but I insisted he'd take a paternity test anyway. The result showed that Ruslan was the father. When I asked him who the baby's mother was he told me that he wasn't sure, there were 2 possibilities, but he couldn't remember the name of either woman.

It has been five years since Tori and Carly were born. Wil and Lydia¡¦s fifth and sixth children, Isaiah and Jude were born 3 years and 1 year ago respectively. The family was doing all right. It was difficult to care for six children, but Lydia was managing. One day, Lydia heard a baby crying outside and saw that there was a little girl on her front porch. She found a note that said that the girl¡¦s name was Heather Branwen, and that she was Wil¡¦s daughter. Lydia couldn¡¦t believe it at first, but kept the newborn baby until Wil returned from work.
As soon as Wil saw the baby, he knew what had happened. He was in the process of counseling a pregnant teenager named Marcia. He sensed that Marcia had a bit of a crush on him and figured that after she had the baby she left it on his doorstep. After safely seeing Heather to the hospital, Wil confronted Marcia. She confessed that she had left the baby on Wil¡¦s doorstep. Wil and Lydia decided to adopt Heather, and completed the forms just last week.
The other kids are excited about having another sibling. Tori and Carly are especially excited to have another sister, and they have already taken Heather under their wing. Well, it turns out that back when Rob's ex-wife was trying to convince him to have another baby with her, she sneakily and illegally managed to acquire and freeze some of his sperm, and recently used this to conceive another child. Since then, though, she has been suffering from severe depression and feels unable to raise another child, so she left it on Sophie and Rob's doorstep. They were understandably very shocked at first but have decided to keep Ethan as a welcome addition to their large family!
Rob has decided to give up his job at the university and the whole family are moving to Cornwall to be by the sea. Everyone is very excited!

Simon and Lucy had moved out of Manhattan shortly after the birth of Zane. They just needed more room for their growing family. They now live in a nice little town in Connecticut and Simon commutes into the city for work.
A neighbor of their's told Lucy about a story she just heard on the News. A couple from Cuba had defected and made it safely to US Soil with their twin baby boys. Not long after arriving in the US the couple was killed in a car accident. They have no family in the US and none that anyone knows about in Cuba. Lucy was so touched by this story that she checked into the possibility of adopting the boys. When she found out a bunch of people had also enquired about them, she put her name on the list before she even told Simon about it.
Luckily Simon also thought it was a great idea. Suprisingly Lucy and Simon were chosen to adopt them. Sebastian and Felix joined the family a few days after their first birthday. They quickly began understanding English and the transition, although not perfect, was smoother then they expected.
Forrest and Ross, who are best friends (and currently in 5th and 4th grade respectively), are doing well. They like their new brothers and enjoy teaching them to play baseball and soccer in the backyard.
Addie and Ellie, who are now 2nd graders, adore their new brothers and have loved playing "little mothers" to them.
Zane wasn't as excited with the new additions to the family. He was very jealous and acted out a lot. Now that he's started Kindergarten though he seems to be doing better with them and his jealousy seems to be lessening.

In the last 4 years, we have welcomed 3 new additions to the family; Felix, Lily and Audrey. Olivia loves taking care of the girls, and Felix is fast turning into a mini-Charlie. Felix and Lily fight a lot, but luckily Charlie is good at intervening and distracting one or the other.
Since just before Audrey's birth, James has been spending more and more time at work and less and less with the family, and last week it came to a head when he missed Olivia's 7th birthday in order to supervise at a shoot in Germany. I tried to make her birthday as special as possible, but when James came back two days after it, we got in a huge fight and have barely spoken since, which is making everyone in the house miserable, and means that James is spending even more time working. Now that we've both calmed down a little, we're going to sit down and talk properly, and hopefully things will be okay again for Christmas.

In the last 4 years, we have welcomed 3 new additions to the family; Felix, Lily and Audrey. Olivia loves taking care of the girls, and Felix is fast turning into a mini-Charlie. Felix and Lily fight a lot, but luckily Charlie is good at intervening and distracting one or the other.
Since just before Audrey's birth, James has been spending more and more time at work and less and less with the family, and last week it came to a head when he missed Olivia's 7th birthday in order to supervise at a shoot in Germany. I tried to make her birthday as special as possible, but when James came back two days after it, we got in a huge fight and have barely spoken since, which is making everyone in the house miserable, and means that James is spending even more time working. Now that we've both calmed down a little, we're going to sit down and talk properly, and hopefully things will be okay again for Christmas.

When Maria turned 6, Dave and Antonia also made the decision to homeschool their children, since they had no real long-term plans about where they were going to live. Antonia's family is very large; she is the second of eight siblings, and all of them but her still live in Italy. Her parents, Carlo and Donatella Arcangeli, are a very powerful and proud family locally, and Antonia's marriage to an Englishman and subsequent moving away caused her to lose some favor with the rest of the family. It was exactly Carlisle's 30th birthday when I found out I was pregnant, again. We all were happy, especially Daphne. She didn't like being the baby of the family. When I went to the doctor for my first ultrasound, there were four blobs on the screen. You should've seen the doctors office. Every medical staff person had to come it to make sure the doctor wasn't seeing things. He wasn't. I was, in fact, pregnant with quadruplets. Later, when we found out t he genders, we dound out there were 3 girls (2 identical) and 1 boy. When they were born, the two fraternal had serious problems. The boy couldn't breath, and passed away in my arms only minutes after birth. The girl weighed less than a pound. The doctors tried to save her, but she passed. The other two girls (the identical ones) were born at 4 pounds exact and 4 pounds, 2 oz.

We have decided to adopt, since the kids are older, and we are loving that the kids are learning the Chinese culture. On our trip to China to get Audrey, we took the kids along. They were in awe! We visited the Great Wall and introduced the children to lots of new foods. Audrey just loves her siblings. Ainsley is loving the fact that she's no longer the baby! She adores Audrey. We all do! Audrey is adapting well to her new home. At the orphanage, she shared a crib with 3 other kids, in a room with about 10 others. She sometimes gets lonely in the middle of the night because she's alone. We're teaching her how to walk and talk, and she's picking it up quickly.

Once again, Victoria got a call. This time it was the CIA saying that they knew that she knew that William was part of the CIA, so they can tell her this):
"Unfortunatly, William was on a mission in another country. I'm sorry we cannot relase anymore informationa about the mission. The country's secret service people and police captured him while on that mission. We are trying our hardest to get him back."
As you can imangine, Victoria was terrified. What if they could not get him back, what if..." She tried her best not to give the secret to anyone, even the children. The children, family, and close friends began wondering where he was. Victoria managed to say "Oh, some long term internation business" which was kind of the truth.
In the end, the CIA went to a lot of costs to get one of their top agents back. The children were so excited to see their Daddy back. Victoria was so happy that he was alive. From being arrested, William got almost deaf. William and Victoria "explained" to everyone that William had been sowly losing hearing and he losed it almost completly in his internation buisness. That was why he took so long without being home, Victoria just was too sad to tell anyone then. Because of his hearing loss, William can't be a physical agent. His is working at the CIA building, making, helping, and organizing the plans and missions for the CIA, anything not physical because the CIA are afraid that he would die.
After this inncident, Victoria had twin girls, Lily Eleanor and Julia Ava. They used this cause to say why William came home at the time for the international hospital and the rehab because William had broken his left leg from not hearing.

After trying unsuccessfuly for five years to conceive another child, Sagan and Linnéa decided to adopt. They were matched with a three year old little girl from Cuba named Adelina Victoria.
As she spoke no English when she arrived, the family has started learning Spanish. They also look forward to adopting a boy next time, as Trenton has expressed his displeasure at being the only boy in the family.

So it was only Henry and me when we were told that we had not one baby, but two!
Honestly, I thought the doctor was joking. I mean, the doctor knew that we already had two sets of twins. But no, I was really expecting my third set of twins. Something seems to be really strange. I am a twin, and I know it runs in families, but three sets of twins is pushing it. The doctor asked me if I had been taking fertility treatment; it took me about five minutes to stop laughing.
I told the kids when I got home. I think Lydia was the only one who believed me, the twins thought I was kidding. When I assured them I was not, all four of them started laughing, and soon we were all laughing. I didn't want to call anybody that evening, but I got a call from my twin sister Sophia. Right after I said "hello", she exclaimed that she was expecting twins. That, of course, got me laughing again. When she asked what was so funny, I told her about my pregnancy. It was a very funny evening.

We were so thrilled to find out we were expecting twins again; however, soon after the birth of our beautiful children we found ourselves in the hardest times of our lives. Our baby, Daphne, was born with severe spina bifida. Her spinal column had never closed and a large portion of her spine was exposed even after she had fully developed. Because she was a twin, her condition went unnoticed because Isaac's presence had hidden her problem. I had a natural birth and when Daphne was delivered her spine was crushed in the birth canal and she died shortly after as a result.
I was devastated. Jacob was devastated, and even all the children knew how serious and horrible the situation was. I stil feel heartbroken over the loss of our precious little girl, and I can't help but feel responsible. When I found out I was pregnant again I was terrified because I didn't want something like this to happen again. Luckily, Dominic was a healthy and vibrant baby. We named him Dominic Hector after our darling angel Daphne Helena.
John Paul is a wonderful little boy. He is in third grade and is smart and pretty witty and clever for a boy of his age. He has dark brown curly hair and blue/green eyes. Henry and Evie are in second grade. They have different teachers this year, and seem to be doing well. Henry loves anything athletic and plays with John Paul a lot. Evie is a tom-boy. She is a born leader and her teacher says she is a social butterfly. Henry has black curly hair and green eyes. Evie has curly auburn hair and grey eyes. Nora is in kindergarten and loves to learn. Her favorite activity is reading and she loves reading 'historical" books her favorite one being, "Bill and Pete go down the Nile" Nora has dark brown curly hair and green eyes. Mary is such a sweetheart. She adores Nora and they play dress-up together a lot because they are the girly ones. She has wavy auburn hair and blue/green eyes. Isaac is a wonderful little man.
