Not really any surprises in the top 10, just a few changes of place. I guess Lewis may have beaten Jack to the top spot due to the success of racing driver Lewis Hamilton this year, although I'd like to think there were other reasons.
Apparently the biggest climbers were Jayden for a boy (urgh) and Summer for a girl (wishful thinking maybe!)
Brooke surprises me at 17, I have no idea why it should be so popular.
Also I don't understand why Abbie, at 22, is so much popular than Abigail, at 39, but maybe that's just because of my personal preference for full names over nicknames. Although in saying that it's better than Abi (61).
For me, what's nicer to see is traditionally Scottish names climbing the top 20, including Liam (8), Finlay (13) and Aiden (17) for the boys and Isla (16), Niamh (19) and Eilidh (20) for the girls.

Summer is the name of Dawn's baby in EastEnders as well as characters in Hollyoaks and Neighbours. I'm wondering if that could have influenced things?
I'm not surprised to see Ava climbing the list, I think it's destined to become popular everywhere. And I agree about Lewis Hamilton influencing things too.
I also think it's nice to see Scottish names becoming popular in Scotland. Isla is growing on me.
One name I like, which surprised me a bit is Rhianna which just makes it into the Top 100. Maybe influenced by the singer Rihanna? She was at number 1 for most of the summer!
I love Callum, Matthew, Alexander and Ben.
