I'm surprised that unlike Ireland there are no truly Welsh names on there. That's kinda of sad. (With the exception of Nia, Carys, Cerys, and Kian.

Don't forget...

Seren, Ffion, Dylan, Rhys, Morgan, and Owen! Although I'm not entirely sure what you mean by "truly" Welsh.
