[Opinions] Matilda, Evangeline, and Juliet
... I know people are probably getting sick of seeing Evangeline, but the more I see and hear it, the more I'm falling in love with it.Here's a sibset I like (lastname starts with M).Matilda Isabelle "Mattie"
Evangeline Pearl (Pearl after his grandmother) "Evie"
Juliet Elizabeth "Jules" (sometimes, mostly go by Juliet)

Love the full names, hate the nns.

The only one I like is Matilda. I like Mattie as a nn but prefer Matty or Matt

Matilda Isabelle is lovely, though I don't love the nn Mattie, and prefer Matilda with either no nn, or the nn Tilly myself. Evangeline Pearl is another beauty, and Evie is very cute. Juliet Elizabeth is nice, if a little plain, but I hate the nn Jules.

Matilda Isabelle is gorgeous, though I prefer the spelling Isabel. I don't care for Mattie much but it's better than Tilly.Evangeline Pearl "Evie" is really terrific. Juliet Elizabeth is nice, but I loathe Jules and Juliet is very fluffy and insubstantial. I'd prefer Elizabeth Juliet (maybe Lily, Ellie, Ella, Libby, Eliza, Elise, or Elissa as the nickname) or Julia Elizabeth.

I love all the names, and the combos each work really well.
Matilda M___ could be a little cutesy, depending I suppose on the last name. (My ln starts with an M and Matilda was vetoed because of it.)
If you were to use them as a sibset, I would like to point out that Isabelle is a form of Elizabeth, so I don't like them together.

I ADORE Matilda. It's gorgeous. Same with Juliet. I like Evangeline too, my only problem with it is it reminds me of the Evangelical Church.I don't really like Jules as short for Juliet, though. It reminds me of Drools. The combos and other nicknames are awesome, though!

I have always loved the name Evangeline. However; Pearl makes me think of a talking whale. Why don't you try my personal favorite, Evangeline Rose.

Matilda Isabelle "Mattie" - LOVE
Evangeline Pearl "Evie" - I absolutely cannot stand Evangeline, or Pearl, but Evie is nice.
Juliet Elizabeth "Jules" - LOVE, Juliet is one of my favourites.

Matilda Isabelle is lovely, though I am faaar sicker of Isabelle, Isabella, Isabel et all than I am of Evangeline. Evangeline Pearl has a great flow, and is a name a kid could totally grow with.Juliet Elizabeth has a nice flow as well, but is a bit too dull for my liking. I really prefer the spelling Juliette though, just putting that out there.

Ahhhh, Lisa, good to see a post from you.Lovely, as always! All the names are beautiful, and they are a perfect sibset. The only thing I would criticize is that maybe Elizabeth is kind of boring as a middle name, kind of overdone. Perhaps Juliet Eliza?-Carys

Lulu!!Hey, how are ya? yeah I was on the fence with Juliet, it's still a favorite and I'm torn between Juliet Elizabeth and Juliet Katherine. I kind of want longer middle names for Matilda and Juliet to kind of match Evie's long name. Also, I'm not sure if I want Matilda over Georgia but I don't like Georgia with Juliet. So picky!! I wonder what I'll be like when I actually get to name kids :P

I'm good. You should PM me :)Hmm, the longer middle name idea makes sense. I really like Juliet Katherine. Very pretty. I kind of like Evangeline Georgia... lots of G in there, though. IDK.Longer Middle Names For Juliet:Juliet Annabelle
Juliet Winona
Juliet Magnolia
Juliet Ophelia
Juliet Eleanor
Juliet Sophronia
Juliet Helena
Juliet Amelia
Juliet DelilahHaha, seriously. Thank God I won't be having kids for at least ten years, so I have lots of time to decide. Otherwise I would probably end up re-naming the poor kiddos several times throughout their young lives :)

OOOH! They're all so lovely. Evangeline and Matilda are both in my top 3 girls' names (only trumped by Alexandria) and Juliet is definitely a favourite. Those are really, really, truly gorgeous names and the middlenames and nicknames are perfect. You clearly have good taste LOL!Georgia
