I’m back from Australia :) so here is round 8 of Mar’s Soap Opera Congrats Game! (yes, 8 again, because last time was supposed to be round 7 as some of you pointed out)

Dot has been dropped from the game for not replying to several rounds. Miss_smiley has been invited to take her place.
Game notes:
In you writing you can let ANYTHING happen, besides adding family members. If it affects the make up of the family, please leave a clear note that a family needs to be adjusted (for example: if someone dies, there needs to be a note for that).
What you decide about your random event could have consequences for future rounds!
New children do not have to be newborns, but they have to be younger than the number of years that have passed (this time: 3 years passed, so the new addition can be 2 at most).
Naming rules for this round: Use the namebank at the bottom, they’re everyone’s GPs. (LNs are your choice)
Writing for this round: Write about the additions in your family and your random event. Give also a general update on how everyone is doing.

Grant and Maria have welcomed another little girl into the world. Ava Felise joins big sisters Ariella Grace and Nathalie Monica, who both couldn't be happier to have a baby sister. They absolutely adore her and love to help Mommy in whatever way they can. The girls are extremely close already, and there's no doubt that Ava will soon join their wonderful bond.
Sara and her boyfriend, Nick, recently welcomed a baby girl into their lives as well. Ophelia Kaaryn is the exact image of her Mommy and is such a little sweetheart. She has a wonderful disposition and her sunshiney personality lights up the room.
Sadly, however, in spite of all the joy that has met our family as of late, Ryan's father, John, recently passed away. Since he had spent so much time living with us, the kids were obviously devastated, particularly the younger ones, since they still enjoyed hearing his stories and spending so much time with him. Ryan, having been immensely close to his dad, was very sad to lose him, but slowly, he has adjusted, though he has his moments from time to time.
Everyone else is doing well. The kids are growing up so quickly, and even our youngest, Olivia, is already ten years old and a fifth grader. Only she, the triplets - Landon, Trent, and Allie -, as well as older sister Kate are living at home.

Not alot has happened in 3 years. Everything is going pretty well. Abigail gave birth to a beautiful little girl, Harper, a year ago. Austin got back on his feet and started dating Ainsley. She's very sweet and nice. A total opposite from Leah. The minute Ainsley started dating Austin, she has treated Caleb like her own son. Caleb is doing okay, he's very small for his age and has just started learning how to talk. Doctor's say he should be fine though. Ainsley recently gave birth to a little girl, Ava. David is also doing great, he is fluent in english now and is playing on a rep soccer team with Daniel.

I’m doing great. The divorce was finalised last week and Montague has since moved in with Holden.
I still have trouble believing that we are actually divorced and that he is now living with another man.
The kids are all doing great.
Liam and Xanthe have welcomed another son, Wyatt Holden. I am so glad you made it here for their wedding. They were on their honeymoon when Xanthe went into labor.

Elly is growing up too fast. All she wants for Christmas is makeup.
I also got 2 new kitty cats, Zeus and Mai. They are both giner and so adorable.
Anyway I am sorry this is so short but Liam and Xanthe just got here, they have photos of Wyatt so I have included one.
I really do wish you would come stay with us for awhile.

I never knew so much could happen in only three years!
Dominik and Lila were going to get married three years ago, after Dominik had graduated from university, but at the early stages of planning the wedding, Lila found out she was pregnant again. Since she didn't want to be a pregnant bride, she and Dominik decided to postpone the nuptials a little while longer. But their daughter Shiloh -- who, by the way, is as cute as a button -- is now two years old, and still no plans for a wedding...
Matilda and Van are still together and going strong. They're thinking of moving in together and are looking at apartments. The topic of children has, of course, been brought up, and although I'm not opposed to having more grandkids, I'd prefer it if they got married first.
Ava and J.T...I don't know what I'm going to do with them. They recently welcomed their fourth child, a little boy they named Wyatt. I have no idea how they're holding that family together. Both Ava and J.T. are still making only minimum wage, their apartment is more than cramped now with four kids...They're very strong-willed, I can tell you that much.
Jude hasn't been doing too well. His plans to play collegiate sports fell through after he seriously injured his knee during his senior year. He barely graduated from high school, tried out junior college for a semester (and decided he didn't like it), and spent the rest of the time partying with his buddies. Things really took a turn for the worse when his girlfriend Candace broke up with him. That night, Jude went out to a party, got wasted, got into a fight with another guy and ended up sending that guy to the hospital with severe injuries. Since he's 19, Jude was tried as an adult, and now he's spending 18 months in prison. I really hope this will straighten him out.

It's been a hectic 3 years. So many changes have occured. Victor and Carys couldn't work out their issues and divorced. It's as amicable as a divorce could be. Carys stayed in the house and Victor moved to a townhouse about a mile away. Sadly, Victor's relationship with Rowan still hasn't got any better.
Rowan graduated from College two years ago and him and Jules moved to Boston. Rowan got a job there as an Architect. A year ago Rowan and Jules were able to marry legally. The whole family (except for Victor) attended the wedding. Rowan and Jules are thinking of Private Adoption.
Colleen and David married 2 1/2 years ago. Colleen still works at the school and David is working construction. They live in a Townhouse in the same development as Victor. Kai and Nina are currently in the 2nd grade at the same school Colleen works at. Nina is doing very well and has lots of friends. I'm a grandmother again! Trent's GF Gwen has had two more children, Nora and Jack. However, we're not entirley sure if Nora is Trent's. *sigh*. I wish those two would get their heads onstraight. Eva is now 7, and in school full time.Prarie announced a few months ago that she was in a relationship. We were all very excited to meet the man, but were we in for a surprise! She brought home Clemintine, and Trent was quite annoyed. Personally, I could care less, but Trent and Landon thought it was 'weird'. I'm dating an amazing man named Braxton, he owns an oil company. We've got a new dog, Ajax, and Trent and Gwen just got a cat named Pheonix.

The last three year quite alot has happened in the Orsini family. First of all Orion got married to his girlfriend and had another child with her, Ophelia. They also got a dog who they named Keane. Only one month after Ophelia's birth the family found out that Orion's father, Rohan, had cancer. Nobody knew if he was going to make it or not but now it's been three years and he's still alive (but not healthy).
Jack and his girlfriend Catri had another daughter and she has alot of brown hair and big brown eyes. They named her Zelda.
Levi has a girlfriend. She is as the same age but she is taller than Levi. She has lught brown hair and her eyes have different colors. Her right eye is brown and her left eye is blue.
But this isn't all. Milo broke up with his girlfriend Michelle! Two weeks after she found out that she was pregnant and she determinated to keep the baby. Faith wanted otherwise and she had a miscarriage. After all this she and Milo got together again. They are more in love than ever and want to get married soon!
Everyone else in the family is doing great but Ariella miss her real father who doesn't care about her and has a new family.

Life goes on for the Windhams. Theron's children from his first marriage have little contact with him and his new family, but they hardly care. There is too much excitement for them to dwell on their despicable father.
Fernando and Miranda's brood continues to grow with the addition of little Catalina. All the children are growing up to be beautiful and bright and they are adored by their grandmother, Roxanne.
Curran has finished medical school and has decided to go into infectious disease. He does a lot of research into cures for different diseases, and he and his new girlfriend Ainsley, who is also a doctor, are about to embark on a 2 month trip to India to care for the ill.
Rhett and Johanna recently graduated from college. Rhett has gone into accounting and has secured a good job. And it's a good thing he did as he and his girlfriend Vera have recently discovered they are expecting their first child, a little girl whom they plan to name Harper Clementine. The family is overjoyed! Johanna got her degree in American Literature and is beginning graduate school. She hopes to get a PhD and be a professor and writer. She and her boyfriend Daveth decided to split up when they graduated as they felt they were going very different ways in life (I removed him from the family above).

Harris and Eira finally decided to marry and move out on their own. They are both done with school and they just had their third baby, another boy. They named him Blue Xander. I'm not crazy about naming a child a random colour and giving him a MN that is just one letter different from his brother's MN, but there's nothing that I can do about it now. We still help them out financially, because with the job Harris has, they can't support 5 people and pay the rent as well. Eira said she wants to work in the future when Blue gets bigger, and Harris is hoping to get promoted, so it should get better.
Orion and Sunniva are still busy with their music and I must say that their bands is really growing and getting better. Zion occasionally plays with them and it looks like he'll be a band member in the near future. The drummer of the band is going to move to France with his family next year, and then Zion will take his spot. Orion said he can only do that if he's good enough, and now Zion practices every day. Neve (we call Sunniva "Neve" these days) says he's actually good enough already, but Orion only told him that to make sure that Zion is really serious about joining their band.
Jojo doesn't spend most of his time behind the computer anymore. He's got a girlfriend, Catalina "Cata". She was in class with him and they started dating in secret. We did notice he went out a lot more, but we thought he was just hanging out with friends.
