My 11-year-old sister added an a to the name Praxis to form Praxias as the name of one her Neopets (a virtual pet on neopets.com). I think this a pretty decent made-up name/variant. WDYT? I mean, you could hear worse...

Praxias isn't made up.
There was an Athenian sculptor named Praxias.

This one shold stay strictly with Neopets. Really, it sounds like it might be a pharmaceutical twin to Cialis and Viagra.
