I like it a lot...but sometimes I am bothered by the "prayer" sound.

I like the image I get with this name. I like it as a guilty pleasure, but I don't think I'd use it.

Don't like Prairie at all, it's just not a person's name imo. I immediately thought of Prairie Dawn from Sesame Street, but that still doesn't make me like the name.

I once knew a Prairie. She was the most ridiculous pretentious hippy you ever met. She claimed the real pronunciation of her name was "ppppssssssshhhhh" this whistle sound. "The sound of the wind blowing through prairie grass." I WISH I was making this up.

I love how it looks and sounds, though I don't think I'd ever use it on a child.

It's okay, actually. It would be fine as a mn.

I like it BUT only as a GP, I'd never use it except for a cat or something.

Ew ... I don't like it at all. Mostly since I used to live on a Prairie.

It's terrible! Savannah is at least bearable... Prairie, not so much!

On Sesame Street, there was a little girl muppet named Prairie Dawn, who sang and played the piano. I think her name is quite adorable.. for a Muppet! I don't think it's fit for a human, not much anyway. Also, it doesn't roll off the tongue very easily.
