Harry, a teacher, was fired because his teaching methods were to unconventional. He was really down in the dumps, but when we found out I was pregnant he was so happy he started fresh and got a job as a teacher in a village outside our hometown. When we arrived Harry was asked if he was willing to take over as the head master for the 27-children primary school. He was so honoured they'd asked him. The villagers liked us straight away and the children were nearly more excited about our baby then we were. When our daughter Beatrice Bobbie Johanna was born they all came to visit and each one of them brought a flower. It was the sweetest gesture ever. Beatrice's middle names honour both my grandmother Johanna (whom I'm also named after) and Bobbie, Harry's mother Roberta who died of cancer only a year ago.
This year started so bad, but we are really happy how it turned out and can't wait to see, what the future holds in store for us.
