John and I are thrilled to announce the arrival of our third child, and first daughter, Katheryn Rachel, whom we've nicknamed Kate. Kate came into the world on May 28th, weighing 6 pounds, 14 ounces; 19 inches long. She has dark blonde hair and gorgeous blue eyes. Her middle name is in honor of my sister, since she was born so close to her birthday.
We've also added to our family with the addition of Max, our golden retriever puppy. Our neighbor's dog had puppies, and upon seeing James and Jacob play with them, when they gifted us with one, we decided to take him in. He's a sweet, playful puppy, and the boys absolutely adore spending time with him.
