A relative is unable to look after their children. What has happened and how does that affect your family? Do you volunteer to look after the children? Temporarily/permanently?
Evan's brother Conrad's wife Jamie was recently diagnosed with cancer and Conrad has to take her to a hospital in another state to stay for a while. Evan and I are watching their three children while they are away because Conrad is overwhelmed with what is happening and is just unable to take care of the kids. The oldest child, Jared is eight years old. The twins, Lexi and Levi are 4. It's going to be quite a handful having an extra three kids in the house with us, but we are willing to help the family in any way possbile whlie they are going through this hard time.
