I definitely prefer Isabelle and Isabella, but Isabel and Isabela are still nice. I do not think Isabela would look funny on someone who isn't Spanish. I do like that the spelling isn't as common as Isabella would be.

I definitely prefer the Isabel and Isabela spellings (though Isobel is my favorite). I think Isabela would fine on someone without Spanish origin, just like Isabella and Isabelle look fine on someone who's not Italian or French. :)
