In round one, you have each been given an event and this effects how you met your significant other. You have just got married so tell us about your new spouse, and the circumstances under which you met.

Harry is a 24 year old pilot. Harry's mother, Gracia Carmel, is of european descent and Harry has olive skin due to this. His father, Joshua Angus, is scottish however and Harry has inherited his bright green eyes. Harry is an only child.

After she was done with university he received a job offer in York and that's where she went. She's been there for over a year and loves the place.

He is known around campus for his good work ethic and compassionate spirit. Wil hasn't found a girl yet, but doesn't know that he's ready.

Being an avid lover of nature walks near his country cottage, Liam decided to take a quick stroll through the valley. Halfway through his walk, he got to a small gully created by a recent flash flood. Needing to cross it, he decided to slowly slide down the bank. Doing so, he tumbled and broke his leg. When Liam did not return at his expected time his family went out looking for him and brought the village nurse, Eleanor. They found him, set his leg quite nicely, and returned him to the village to get more medical care. Eleanor and William married later that year!

The public elementary school where Rosanna works as a special education teacher has been struggling with funding for a long time. During the past few years, the problems have gotten especially bad, and many parents have given up on the school and moved their children to other schools in the area. Finally, it reached to the point where the school could no longer provide its students with a proper education, and the school was forced to shut down. A few of the teachers found jobs within the area, but Rosanna had to look further away to find a school with an opening for a special education teacher.
Finally, she found an opening in a city about an hour and a half away. Previously, Rosanna had lived and worked in a small town and a small school; the new school was so big, Rosanna got lost just trying to find the principal's office. Fortunately, she was rescued by Sam Martelli, one of the gym teachers. They hit it off immediately; by the end of Rosanna's first semester there, they were dating; they tried to be discrete, but eventually their co-workers and even some of their students began to figure it out. By the end of the year, they were engaged.
They got married in the middle of the summer in a very simple outdoor ceremony. Rosanna wore a long white eyelet sundress and a crown of purple daisies. They went to Italy for their honeymoon and visited some of Sam's relatives there, including his grandmother, who could not make it to the wedding but paid for the honeymoon as a gift. They'd both like to have children in the fairly near future, but they're not in a terrible hurry; they've decided to just take things as they come.

Sadly one of Kari's students was diagnosed with Lukemia. She had all the students make cards for their classmate who is in the Hosptial. The day she brought them to the hospital to deliver them she ran into an old classmate of hers from Highschool. Alan Sharp was there to visit his mother who had some minor surgery that day. Kari and Alan started chatting and decided to get a coffee together in the Coffee Shop. Alan was now working as a Librarian in the next town over. They really hit it off with each other and after dating for many months they decided to get married. And thankfully Kari's student is now in remission.

Life has changed dramatically since the last time I updated everyone. First off, I am now happily married to the man of my dreams! :-) John and I met while studying acting at our local studio, and we hit it off immediately. We dated for about a year and were engaged for a year after that. Our wedding ceremony was everything I'd ever dreamed of, a candle-lit romantic ceremony at the church I grew up in, followed by a lovely reception.
And after being on the audition circuit for quite some time, I'm also thrilled to have landed my first lead role in a new television sitcom. I'm looking forward to the more comedic experience, considering most of mine is dramatic. Eventually, I'd like to pursue more of that drama in the daytime soap world. For the time being, I'm more than happy with the journey life has taken me on, thus far.

What a crazy 3 years it has been! Let's start from the beginning...
One day, I randomly filled out a contest to win a cruise around the world or lots of other prizes. It was purely out of boredom and lack of interest in a paper I was writing. Six weeks later, after I had completely forgot about the silly contest, I got a phone call claiming I had won. At first, I thought it was all a silly scam, but two tickets came in the mail and they were really legit. I was going on a world cruise! I couldn't believe it! Then came graduation, not only did I have a job lined up for fall but I was going to spend the best two months of my life, tanning on a huge cruiseship, all expenses paid. I brought my best friend Ella along. A few days into the cruise, we start to notice a handsome guy walking around solo on the cruiseship. This was a surprise since most of the men were either with a woman already, or with lots of their guy friends. A few days later, Ella made me talk to him one day when we were sitting by the pool. His name was Liam.
As the cruise went on, Liam started spending more and more time with us. Ella already had a boyfriend waiting for her back home, so she willingly gave him to me. We found it somewhat odd that Liam always arrived with drinks or trays of food, but we never cared to ask. Half way through the cruise, me and him were sitting on the deck under the stars one night, and my curiosity finally gave it and I asked him why he always seemed to have food or drinks. Did he not have to pay for those? He laughed for a bit and realized I didn't know who he was. Turns out he was William Bridges of 'The Bridges World Cruises', he owned the boat we were on. I felt silly and a little embarassed, but he found it sweet.
The rest of the cruise went by fast but with great memories. Liam kept in touch after the end of the cruise, and when we found ourselves at the same place at the same time (because of our occupations), Liam invited me on the boat for a few days.

The championship game was being held at the local park, between the two best teams in the state. The scores were tied, the tension was high, and the kids were losing focus. The final goal was made by Luke's team, to win the game. The mother of the goalie that let the goal in was furious, saying it wasn't a goal at all. Emma countered saying most of the goals made on the losing team weren't goals. The fight got pretty ugly, and police were called in. Luke thanked Emma for sticking by his team. They went to dinner together the next night, and hit it off very well. After a few months of dating, Luke proposed!
The wedding was picturesque, with lavenders and yellows and light blues. Both of their families were in attendance, as well as Luke's soccer team and their parents. At the end of a 36 hour shift, a woman 27 weeks pregnant with quints was brought in from the next city. (The hospital Khrystie works at has a very good NICU). All the nurses who had been on duty for a long time were given the choice of staying or going home. Khrystie chose to stay and help.
While in the room, preparing the mother for the emergency c-section, Khrystie noticed a very nervous man in the corner. Assuming he was the father, she made a comment about how he must be excited to see his new children. He got red in the face and stuttered out that he was the brother. Khrystie apologized and went back to the preperations.
After the babies (3 girls and 2 boys) were born and settled in the NICU, Khrystie returned to clean the holding room. The brother was waiting out side the door. He told her that he had hoped she'd come back, introduced himself, and asked her out for coffee.
Jeff and Khrystie dated for 7 months before he asked her to marry him. They were married in a simple ceremony at her grandfather's farm, with just family and close friends present.

The last time Lily spoke on the phone with her father she had told him she’d be home for Easter. She had never suspected she’d have to travel up there in a hurry much sooner. She had already gone to bed when the telephone rang one night. Lily thought of letting the answering machine pick up the message, but something told her she needed to take the call. So, she did.
All Lily could hear at first were a woman’s hysterical cries. She soon realised the voice on the other side of the line belonged to her sister-in-law, Bridget. A chill ran through Lily’s spine. Bridget was a very level-headed woman; she had never seen her in such a state. Something very bad must have happened. In spite of the bad feeling in her gut, Lily tried to remain calm. If she freaked out, Bridget would probably freak out even more and she wouldn’t find out what had happened.
After a few minutes, Bridget regained some of her usual composure and told her what had prompted her call. The news shocked Lily so badly all her brain was able to process was: Hamish. Accident. Hospital. Come home. She quickly tossed the essentials in her rucksack, called her boss to explain the situation and flew out the door towards the train station. She needed to get to Edinburgh as soon as possible.
A few hours later she arrived to her parents’ house. Nobody was there except for Lily’s younger sister, Elspeth, who had come back home from university as soon as she received the news. Elspeth had been waiting for Lily to come so they could go see Hamish together. Neither of them said a word as the taxi whizzed down the streets in direction to the hospital.
The scene the sisters witnessed as they arrived there was terrible. Their father was pacing up and down the hall wearing a dark expression. Their mother was trying to comfort a distressed Bridget. Hamish and Bridget’s two-year-old son, Iain, was sitting next to his mother with sleepy eyes, not understanding anything. Lily and Elspeth walked up to them and were immediately filled in: Hamish had been hit by a bus as he drove back home from work. He had many fractures, had lost a lot of blood and was in a coma at the moment. Doctors were optimistic, as he was only 27 years old and very strong, but anything could happen and everybody was very scared. All they could do for now was wait and pray.

It was the scariest moment of Harry's life when he realised that the engines had failed on the 747 plane he was in control of. He had 200 passengers and crew on board and he'd have to make an emergency landing at LAX...
What happened after that was just a blur as Harry's instincts as a pilot took over. 25 minutes later they were on the ground and Harry was in an absolute state of shock, he'd landed the huge plane safely. The media had found out about it and were already waiting when he got off the plane. Microphones were shoved in his face and the lights of the emergency vehicles almost blinded him. He was a hero, but the absolute shock of the whole event had turned him into a zombie.
After a few moments most of the reporters gave up on him, realising that they weren't going to get a story out of him on that night... All excpet one. She was young, with blonde hair, blue eyes, and a sympathetic smile. She approached him after the hordes had left and invited him out for a drink, he looked like he needed one! Harry agreed gratefully and they made their way to the airport bar. The woman, whose name was Alexa Hamilton, was a reporter for one of the smaller television networks. After a few stiff drinks, Harry gave her the exclusive to the story and they talked all night.
Harry's 15 minutes of fame soon wore off and he didn't see Alexa again for awhile, though he couldn't get her out of his head. It was only by chance that he bumped into her at a charity fundraiser and, once again, they spent the whole night talking and getting to know each other. Harry wasn't silly enough to let her go a second time and got her number before she left. He called her the next day, and they've been dating ever since.
That was 2 years ago now and Alexa Jean Hamilton has just become Alexa Jean Thayer. They got married in a lavish ceremony attended by almost 300 guests and Alexa wore a one-off Vera Wang gown. Alexa has also just been promoted to anchorwoman, and Harry still flys, though he's pretty particular about the machanical checks these days!

Harry's 15 minutes of fame soon wore off and he didn't see Alexa again for awhile, though he couldn't get her out of his head. It was only by chance that he bumped into her at a charity fundraiser and, once again, they spent the whole night talking and getting to know each other. Harry wasn't silly enough to let her go a second time and got her number before she left. He called her the next day, and they've been dating ever since.
That was 2 years ago now and Alexa Jean Hamilton has just become Alexa Jean Thayer. They got married in a lavish ceremony attended by almost 300 guests and Alexa wore a one-off Vera Wang gown. Alexa has also just been promoted to anchorwoman, and Harry still flys, though he's pretty particular about the machanical checks these days!
