Then broke down and confessed to her what happen.He was very upset what had happen .He was at his friends house and his friend had couple of people over to watch a game on tv.His friends thought it was funny that they put something in his drink.(they told him later)He was not acting himself.And a girl he need from high school was there and one thing lead to another.He friends told him what he did and he was mad at them and have not talked to them at all since that time. He kept wjat happen to himself and he fel bad.Mary was angered . She never like his high scool buddies (they never grew up,they still act inmmature) She glad when he stop hanging out with them but now she knews why he stopped hanging out with them.She was mad with everything. She knew Albert and she knew it was not all his fault and she forgave him. The mother of the child wants to give up her rights because she notready to be a mother. I can't believe its been 10 years since little Michael was born! In the space of the past 5 years alone Daniel and i have acquired six little grandchildren - its enough to make anyone feel ancient! Since i last wrote we have also had two weddings - 3 years ago Claude married Leyla, a lovely girl he met while traveling in India and then a year ago Rosanna married Fin, a great guy she met while on a university exchange in London.
In a stroke of coincidence Cecily, Leyla and Rosanna all gave birth to twin boys. It was a bit of a shock, but it was also nice for the girls to have people to talk to who understood what they were going through. The twins are all wonderful but we do feel rather swamped with boys - we are hoping for some girls next!
Before i sign off, i have to tell you about this camping trip we went on last summer. Daniel and i thought it would be a good idea to take a trip altogether as a family because, as most of the children were starting to move away in the future there would be few times during the year when we would actually be together except for christmas. The kids all thought it was a great idea and decided that we should all go camping together. We found this great campsite by the sea in Brittany and had a brilliant week despite Zavier and Rory getting mild sunstroke from running around in the sun too much.

We found out through the tabloids that Gretchen had been having an affair with Jordan Pinteau, a famous football player in the NFL. She had met him in a restaurant/bar and they began talking often. She would claim she was 'working late' and she'd go spend time with him. The newspapers didn't know she was married and just shot pictures of her and called her 'Jordan's new girl.' Of course guys read magazines, and when Jason found out he was furious. She since apologized and said she did nothing but talk and spend time with him. The relationship wasn't even that serious, which was a good thing for her and Jason. Jason was willing to take her back, and although there are some trust issues, things are great!

It has been ten exciting years for the Thompson family. Wil retired from playing professional hockey last year, but promptly found a job as a television analyst for his sport. He enjoys his new work and the perspective he brings to his new career. Lydia is a proud new grandmother to Matthew's daughter and she is still busy with the two boys still at home. Matthew, who is now 23, got married two years ago. His dream of playing in the NHL has been realized, and he now plays for the New York Rangers. He and his wife, Alaina Carmen, have a four month old baby girl. They dote on little Carly just as much as Lydia and Wil do. Dakota too has gotten married. He and his wife, Alison Violet, have opened up a Bed and Breakfast in Lancaster county. They are doing good business and hope to get lots of customers. Naomi is eighteen. She is going to college to become a physical therapist. Adam, now twelve, is enjoying life being the oldest one at home, though he does miss his older siblings from time to time. We lived in Australia for six years and everything was wonderful until or son Kaleb was arrested. It turned out that the police wasen't after him but a boy who loked like Kaleb. This time was hard for our family and Kaleb lost alot of his friends. We decided to move again. This time we moved to Ireland.
We love Ireland and we have lived here for two years now. When Kaitlynn and her friend Melisa took a trip to London Kaitlynn found herself inlove with a young man named Braylon Cohen. He was two years older than she was. Kaitlynn were in London very often and later on we asked if she could bring that Braylon home to us in Ireland. She said yeas an we met him next month. At that time Kaitlynn was already pregnant. She moved with Braylon to Chelsea in England and gave birth to their daughter, Rihanna Willow.
Kaden also found himself in love. He falled for a friend's little sister, Melina. They was together for one year before they got married.
And then we have young Kouprey He is twelve now. He falled in love with a girl in his school but he doesn't have the guts to talk with her or ask her out. Her name in Finley and she also has a litte brother named Dylan who Tara falled in love with.

He was two years older than she was. Kaitlynn were in London very often and later on we asked if she could bring that Braylon home to us in Ireland. She said yeas an we met him next month. At that time Kaitlynn was already pregnant. She moved with Braylon to Chelsea in England and gave birth to their daughter, Rihanna Willow.
Kaden also found himself in love. He falled for a friend's little sister, Melina. They was together for one year before they got married.
And then we have young Kouprey He is twelve now. He falled in love with a girl in his school but he doesn't have the guts to talk with her or ask her out. Her name in Finley and she also has a litte brother named Dylan who Tara falled in love with.
All children are doing just fine but we can't believe our eyes how fast they''ve grew up! I thought Tara was just a baby and now she is ten years old!

We had a nasty storm on Christmas Eve. The whole family was home, including pregnant Vreni, her husband Cale, Zel and her husband Ross. Everyone except Teddy, Rob and Addie were in the basement finishing organizing presents. The boys were in the kitchen and Addie was upstairs in her room. James, Jacob, Kate, Adam, and Josh are thrilled to announce the arrival of their baby brother, Grant Joseph! Grant came into the world weighing 7 pounds, 8 ounces; 19 1/2 inches long, and is an absolute bundle of joy. He does seem to be developing a slight strabismus (crossing of the eyes), and so we've been taking him to an opthalmologist in order to take care of the problem as early on as possible. For the moment, we've decided to wait and see if the problem corrects itself over time. If it does not, then we'll go the route of patching his stronger eye to strengthen the weaker one, and as a last resort, turn to surgery for correction (if necessary).
The boys are absolutely thrilled to have another brother, and as always, they look forward to the day they can all play sports in the backyard. Kate, on the other hand, was thoroughly disappointed at first when her little brother arrived. She was so hoping for a baby sister, since she is so outnumbered and still the only girl. When she held him for the first time, though, her eyes just lit up and she has taken on such a sweet relationship with him. She truly is a wonderful big sister who enjoys helping out in every way possible, and Grant loves to be held by her. I know a part of her wishes that we'd try for another baby, but John and I are fairly certain our family is complete with six wonderful kids.

She and Dave were fairly close, almost like brother and sister instead of cousins, and Dave is Henri's godfather. When Yvette died, her mother, Dave's aunt, was willing to take custody of Henri, but she is seventy-five years old and in failing health, and she wasn't sure she could take care of him. She wanted Dave and me to adopt him.
This was the subject of much heated and emotional debate in our house for a couple of months. We already had seven children and an eighth on the way; I was sure we'd never be able to handle a six-year-old, and it didn't seem fair to us, our children, or Henri. I was dead set against the adoption for these reasons, while Dave was determined to go through with it. It got to the point where we actually stopped speaking to each other for a couple of days. When it was over, I realized how strongly Dave felt about adopting Henri, and after talking with Dave's aunt, I started to feel better about the idea.
Now that Henri has been with us for four months, I am confident that we made the right choice. Henri was very scared, sad, and confused when he first came to live with us, but he adores Dave and has finally started to warm up to our other children. His mother spoke both English and French at home, so he knows both languages and sometimes has long conversations in French with his older sisters, who are all studying French in school. He was also very excited about Sophie's birth, which happened about a month after he arrived. The triplets were excited too, to finally have another girl in the family.

Katri and Max were understandably upset when they found empty alcohol bottles in Josh’s room. One day, Max stayed home from work and between him and Katri, they talked to Josh alone. They discovered that one of the older neighbor boys had been supplying Josh with the alcohol since Josh found it helped “cure” his depression. Both parents took Josh out of his high school and enrolled him in a special on-line school for him while he goes into rehab. Josh is doing well and the future looks promising.

Luca worked hard to raise his grades from Bs and Cs to straight As, and we're so proud of him. As a reward, we chauffeured Luca and two of his friends to a concert and let them attend unsupervised. It was a nail-biting few hours, but Luca acted responsibly and had a great time.

Luca worked hard to raise his grades from Bs and Cs to straight As, and we're so proud of him. As a reward, we chauffeured Luca and two of his friends to a concert and let them attend unsupervised. It was a nail-biting few hours, but Luca acted responsibly and had a great time.

You find out you are expecting octuplets! How does it go?
It came as quite a surprise to go from being parents to 7 to 15 practically overnight. All 8 of the babies were delivered with few complecations. Rosemary and Cassie are twins, as are Octavio and Agustin. We've had to have everybody help out. Luckily, they were born over the summer, so the kids have been a HUGE help.

Ah yes, the name game. Well, when Lyra and her husband found out they were having octuplets, things got a little hairy...
The names first started getting confusing, when Lyra's husband had the same middle name as one of our daughter's first names. He is a great fan of kr8tif names, as he calls them, and he thinks things look best with lots of y's or x's or k's.
However, Lyra is just the opposite. And, wanting to please her, I suppose they named all the children normally spelled names.
I recently found out that Jamison got to choose all the names, and Lyra got to choose the spellings. Quite a compromise.
