Elsie is named after Elsa, Jane's mother, who died in April. Norman was a college buddy of Carl's. Carolyn is Jane's sister, who she is very close to. The couple adores the name Charlotte. Jane Theodore was named after the two of them, as they wanted to honor each other, and found this a perfect combo.
