I like nickname Sephi for Joséphine :-))

I think it's great! I love it as a nn for Josepha, but Josephine and Persephone work just as well. :)

I love the nickname Sephi/Sephie (I prefer the spelling Sephy) and I've even considered using Persephone for it, although I don't like that name! I think it's usable, but not very obvious, for Josephine, and fine for Persephone.

There is also a Persephone nn Sephy in Malorie Blackman's 'Noughts and Crosses' trilogy. I highly recommend the books!

I love both Josephine and Persephone, but Sephi/Sephie just isn't doing anything for me. I much prefer Josephine nn Posey , but I can't think of any nns for Persphone that I love.

I think Sephie / Seffie would be lovely for Josephine or Persephone. I'd be more likely to use Jo for Josephine or Josepha, but I can see it working well.

I've loved it as a nn for Persephone for years, although I prefer to spell it Seffie. It never occured to me to use it for Josephine / Josepha, but I can see it working nicely there too.

Seraphine keeps coming into my head for some reason. I know it isn't the cleanest of transitions, but I can also see Sephie as a nn for Seraphine / Seraphina. Do you agree or am I stretching it too far?
