[Facts] "Rigoberta"
i love the name... but i don't know anything about it, other than it belongs to Rigoberta Menchú... and i'd love to add it to my name list... i don't know if the name's origin is Guatemalan... so i can't even suggest it to be added. anybody wanna help out?

Rigoberta is the female form to Rigoberto, from ancient germanic, meaning "he who shines for his wealth" (the element "berth" means "shine" and is very used in other spanish names: Adalberto, Roberto, Humberto, etc.) It's a latin name not very common today in latin America. The pronunciation in spanish is [ree - goh - BER - tah]. Regards.
