I prefer Gaetano, but even then not a name I'd ever use.

The "gay" at the front sticks out a lot. It also sounds like someone stuck a G in front of Eitan- like Eitan is the new Aidan. Gaetan, Beitan, Maitan, Jeitan...

It looks like gay tan.
Not that there's anything wrong with being gay, or having a tan for that matter lol. It just doesn't do it for a name, IMO. =P
