Help[Opinions] Transformacion
I saw this name on a massively long list today (it was one of the few names that really stood out. I wish I'd had paper so I could write some down, but I didn't) and... I don't know. I didn't love it, but I was very "Woah! Transformacion!"
It's a female name (I actually saw the woman later. She was wearing a name tag that said "T. [surname]" and only one person with that surname was on the list. I have to wonder, does she go by a nickname, or does she go buy full out Transformacion? Tranny? D: Forma? Cici? I don't know. What would you go by if that was your name?
So what do think of Transformacion? It just blew my mind, seeing it. 0.o

It's interesting. I have no clue how anyone thought that up as a name. I would probably go by Cici, or Macie, or...Ansie?

It's similar to Concepcion
It's a Spanish name (like Concepcion), but as least that has Connie.

You're right. That's ridiculous, but so undeniably cool. That's not like those trashy word names like Princess or Precious. It took guts, that's what. Of course, I would never use it or anything like it in my entire life, but it wowed me nonetheless. I think I might go by Anne? Or Sionne? Not that Sionne is an actual name, but honestly what else could you go by?

I'd probably go by whatever my parents actually called me as a young child (perhaps a nonsense nickname like Teeba or something). Because I have a hard time imagining her family addressing a child as Transformación on a daily basis. Maybe it's a failure of my imagination.
Very cool name concept (religious or not), but I wish there were a non Latin version to contain it, that was namey, unlike "Change" o.O The prefix and suffix are too cumbersome, to me.
