[Opinions] Re: Cillian/Killian?
I live in the US, with Irish heritage.I like Cillian/Killian, although if you're in the United States, there is the issue of Killian Beer to contend with.I prefer the Killian spelling, despite the "kill" prefix, because Cill- looks like it should she pronounced "Sill." While actors like Cillian Murphy are becoming popular, I'm thinking most people in the States wouldn't know how to pronounce Cillian. However, I don't think people would confuse it as a female name.That said, I like either, and I've always had a good impression of the name (it was almost my little brother's first name).
