I think Gracie is a bit childish and nicknamey but it's kind of cute. I think all of your combos are good. A short name like that needs a longer middle name with more substance imo. Gracie Susannah and Gracie Olivia are my favorites.

I tend to agree. I think a three- or four-syllable name would complement a shorter name, such as Gracie, the best.
