I love Cornelia, but Nelia just seems to extract the whiniest part of the name and leave it to stand alone. I dislike it.

Really? For me it's the opposite. In Cornelia, I loathe the "corn" part of it. I think the Nelia part is pretty and understated. I picture a prettily frail English girl with auburn hair.
