There were four Sarah's in my year at school: Sarah Ann, Sarah Jane, (both used as first names) Sarah Kate (both used as first names) and Sarah Louise. I had two friends at university who were Sarah Louise (one hyphenated) as well.

Sarah Matilda
Sarah Florence
Sarah Harriet
Sarah May
Sarah Maude
Sarah Lilian
Sarah Ellen.
