I prefer Mia Isabella because it just sounds nicer than Mia Nevaeh.
I can see the appeal of Nevaeh. It flows nicely, and can be considered "refreshing" after years of seeing names like Megan, Amanda, and Allison on the charts. I haven't personally met any Nevaeh's, so I don't know if any bearers of this name or their families are trashy. But honestly, I don't think a bearer could completely ruin a name for me - I would just wonder why such an awful person has to have such a nice name.
With that said, I myself wouldn't use Nevaeh because I don't want to be guilty of being "trendy" and "unoriginal", and because I like other names much better.
