[Opinions] I do think it's pretty.
I still hate it on principle, though. If you completely ignore the origin, it does have a very pretty sound. (I say neh-vay.)Just because it amuses me, my mom says it neh-vay-a, which I think is even prettier, but I'm not sure how she gets that from Nevaeh. I'm definitely not going to encourage Nevaeh as a first name, but I do hate Isabella more. Mia Nevaeh (neh-vay) is quite pretty, actually. I really don't think it matters how trendy a middle name is; who's really going to know? If you like it, go for it.

I have always thought it was pronounced Neh-vay-a. I've never heard it said out loud because I don't think it exists over here (yet, give it time I'm sure it will). Neh-vay-a is a logical pronunciation to me and sounds quite pretty to me.
