I prefer Amelia. I want to prefer Emilia *so badly* because it would honour Emma Goldman, but I just don't. Amelia just looks nicer to me. Both are lovely, though.
Milly is a nice nickname and it works for either, especially Emilia. I prefer Mia as a nickname for either myself.
Emilia Jane, Emilia Clare and Emilia Josephine all sound lovely.
