Keir is pronounced Keer or Kee-a so you don't need to worry! I've never heard it pronounced Kerr. I love this name.
Also Euan is pronounced You-an. Maybe you are getting mixed up with Eoin which is O-in?
I can't think of any off the top of my head, but for a long time I though Siobhan was pronounce See-ob-an. My mum thought it was Sy-o-barn until quite recently!
I used to wish Niamh was said as Nee-am. To me it is one of those names which looks prettier than it sounds. I work with an Irish girl called Niamh but I've heard other people refer to her as Neem!
