What do you think of the name Alexandra? I use to think the name was an awful trendy name but it has grown on me alot lately.

I really love it, but I want to use Alexander for a boy in the future. I see it as a classic name.

Its a classic name rather than a trendy one, Alexandra has been around for ever, or so it seems, it goes up and down in popularity but is always there, trendy to me is a name that suddenly steams onto the scene, is here for about ten years or less then sinks without a trace.
As you might Guess I love the name Alexandra :)

Ugh, I just have *never* liked this name
It's ugly and masculine sounding to me, however I can tolerate Alexandria

Hi, I think your name is very pretty i have always liked the name . It is something that has been around for years;But yet still loved that is something to like your name about.Something that will really never grow old.Dont take thiswrong and i mean no disrepect but your name you should be proud of .

I guess what you & I consider trendy is very different, because I don't think that a classic name can ever become trendy just popular. Names like Emma, Grace, Emily, Alexandra, etc. are beautifully classic names that just happen to be in style at the moment, but will always be around unlike other trendy names that will fade just as quickly as they emerged like Madison, Taylor, Ryley, etc. for girls. As for Alexandra, I adore this name and I love that it has so many options (nns) to suit various personalities & stages of life and I plan on using it as a mn (Grace Alexandra)... & my sister is an Alexandra & she's pretty sweet (not that I'm biased).
