I love this name. It is strong and has nice appeal.

I had a supervisor once named Fabian. He was a wonderful person and great to work with.

He never liked his name and I admit I agree with him. Fabian always reminds me of the cheesey 50's teen rock star.

I really like it, but only with the German pronunciation.

I realy like the sound of the name Fabian. Having said that, I would not name a son that because it considered by some (unfairly in my opinion) little effeminate and limp wristed. This makes me reluctant to consider it as a boys name.
