I went to school with a Nella. She's A physical therapist now.
I think it's a cute name. I like the name Nell too.

I don't know any Nellas, but this is one of my younger sister's favorite names. She wants to use it on a daughter some day. I think it's fine, but sometimes it makes me think of vanilla.

Aw I like it. It is cute, I have never heard of it. Definitely pet name. I like =A='s suggestion of Cornelia a lot. I also like, you know, Eleanor, Penelope, Helen, etc - all of the traditional Nell nicknames.

I like Nell, Nella, or Nellie. I think Nella would be fine on it's own.

I don't personally know any Nellas, but I don't really like that name very much. Out of the three I'd prefer Nela or Nella though. It does sound like a pet name a bit.
