I agre, it's got potential. Brienne's a character in my favorite book series. An incredibly honorable but homely woman "knight". I've seen (and heard of) kids being named after characters in this series, most of the names are either real or twists on real (Eddard/ Ned instead of Edward/ Ned, for example).

Brienne's not my favorite sound in the universe by any means but I can think of worse things to name a girl.
